Clients are required to supply their own alcohol.A dry hire is a bartending service where the client purchases and provides the alcohol, while the bartending company provides the service. This means Luxe does not sell, purchase, or supply the alcohol. Instead we bring the professional bartenders and everything needed to turn the alcohol you provide into a complete bar experience for your event.

Every package includes 1-3 TABC certified bartenders- this depends on the clients guest count. Clear disposable diamond cut drinkware, all white signature mobile bar, fresh garnishes, mixers, ice, straws, napkins, handcrafted cocktails or mock-tails, plus full setup and cleanup. Yes, we strictly serve alcoholic beverages only to guests who are 21 years of age or older, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and promoting responsible service. We will ask for a valid identification for guest that appear to be under the age of 30 years old.

We operate as a dry-hire service, which means the client supplies their own alcohol. This approach offers several benefits for our clients. You have full control over the brands and types of beverages you want, allowing you to tailor the drink selection precisely to your preferences and event theme. Additionally, purchasing your own alcohol lets you shop at your preferred retailers, often taking advantage of discounts and promotions that a company purchase might not offer. It also eliminates any markup or up-charges that can occur when a service buys alcohol on your behalf. By providing your own alcohol, you maintain budget transparency.

Yes we require a 50% non refundable deposit for all client to prepare and secure your event.

Yes, all Luxe Mobile Bartenders are TABC certified. This means they meet Texas standards for responsible alcohol service, including legal compliance, safe handling, and preventing over-service. Using only TABC-certified bartenders ensures professional service focused on your guests’ safety and enjoyment. Certificates are available upon request.

Our "bartender only" option is for clients who already have a setup and just need a bartender to mix cocktails. We handle set up and clean up, but no mobile bar is included, and you must provide the bar. Clients also provide the alcohol, mixers, glassware, and any other supplies. Please contact us for pricing

We inform the client how much alcohol they need based on guest count and provide a shopping list with recommended brands, because great ingredients make great cocktails. At Luxe we serve responsibly, and promote safe drinking.

We provide a variety of add-on services designed to enhance your event and impress your guests. These include smoking cocktails, an extra bartender, a server to assist with food service, extended bartending services, a fruit-infused water dispenser, and sparklers for bottle service. Please note that all add-ons incur an additional service fee and are not included in the original package price. Clients should expect extra charges when selecting any of these options.

Ofcourse! When a client books a service package it comes will the mobile bar. Some of our clients event space already have the bar and the mobile bar is not needed. Our mobile bar is great for events that do not have a bar onsite. The bartender only package does not include the mobile bar.

At Luxe we understand that emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise, requiring a change in your event date. If you need to reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible so we can check availability. While we make every effort to accommodate new dates, changes are not guaranteed, as your original or requested date may already be booked by another client. We recommend communicating any date changes promptly to maximize the chance of adjusting your booking. Our goal is to provide seamless service so you can fully enjoy your event, and we appreciate your understanding regarding date change limitations.

We serve Houston and its surrounding communities, including Pearland, Missouri City, Spring, The Woodlands, Katy, River Oaks, and Sugar Land. We aim to provide exceptional mobile bartending services within this core region to ensure timely and professional service. For events located beyond a 50-mile radius from these areas, additional travel fees may apply to accommodate the extra distance.

Our supplies including ice, cups, straws, alcoholic cocktail ingredients, garnishes, and mixers are calculated based on your guest count, contracted service time, and a reasonable average consumption rate to ensure safe and responsible service. We provide an alcohol shopping list so clients can purchase their preferred brands and quantities. Purchasing additional alcohol does not include additional supplies from Luxe Mobile Bartending. Need additional service time?Additional bartending hours and supplies are available as add-ons for an additional fee, subject to availability.

A mixer is a non-alcoholic ingredient used with spirits or other bases to make cocktails and mixed drinks. Common mixers include tonic water, club soda, cranberry juice, and other flavorful liquids. For Luxe Mobile Bartending, mixers are separate from alcohol. The client provides the spirits while mixers may be included depending on the selected package.
